Welcome in Aikido Jogjakarta Community. The ones of Aikido Martial art community in Indonesia where established since 1996 and directly affiliated with Indonesian Aikikai Foundatiaikikaion (Yayasan Indonesia Aikikai, YIA) which acknowledgement as Aikikai Organisation above International Aikido Federation (IAF). As the only one Aikido organisation in di Jogjakarta above YIA Jakarta, now we known as Indonesian Aikikai Foundation-Chapter Yogyakarta Province (Yayasan Indonesia Aikikai-Badan Pengurus Daerah (YIA-BPD) D.I.Yogyakarta).
These clearly status was directly give a positif influence to each aikidoka affiliationship in arround Indonesia and Black Belt in entire the world, so it will gives more than just learn the aikido martial art. Our responsibilities to all of aikidoka’s shown by give a black belt (Dan) trainers which gets from real test by IAF-master board Honbu-Japan.
Untill now, we always make a development in aikido teqnique self and also the organisation. These development include such as established many of dojo in Yogyakarta Province totaly 9 (nine) dojo’s plus 1 (one) dojo for kids affiliated with main dojo and all train by International black belt.
